**Owner:** MyPsicoTest (mypsicotest.com) · **Contact:** info@mypsicotest.com · *(Legal name, tax ID and address: to be completed by the owner).*

## General principle: we do not collect your answers

MyPsicoTest tests run **entirely in your browser**. Your answers and results **are not sent to our servers, are not stored and are not linked to any identifier**. We do not ask for a name, an email address or a sign-up to use the site.

## Data that may be processed

- **Server logs:** like any website, our server automatically records the IP address, date, requested page and browser, for the sole purpose of ensuring the security and technical operation of the service (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR). These logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
- **Email:** if you write to info@mypsicotest.com, we will process the data you provide to answer your enquiry (art. 6.1.b GDPR). It will be kept for as long as necessary to handle it.
- **Language preference:** a technical cookie remembers the language you have chosen (see the cookie policy).
- **Anonymous counters:** we count how many times each test is completed and how many views each blog article receives. To avoid counting the same visit twice, the server keeps for the day an irreversible identifier (hash) derived from your IP address and browser, which cannot identify you, and your browser stores a timestamp in its local storage. Neither your answers nor any personal data are recorded.
- **Web analytics (Google Analytics 4):** if you accept analytics cookies, Google collects browsing data (pages viewed, language, approximate country, device and browser type, and a cookie identifier) to produce aggregated usage statistics. **The legal basis is your consent** (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. If you do not accept, Google's script **is not loaded**. Analytics never receives your test answers or results. Processing is carried out by Google Ireland Limited as processor and may involve international transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings (14 months by default). More information in [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- **Heatmaps and session replays (Microsoft Clarity):** if you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how the site is used (clicks, scrolling and movement between pages) and can generate anonymous replays of browsing sessions. **The test block is masked**, so neither the answers you give nor your result appear in those replays: they still never leave your device. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and you can withdraw it from "Cookie preferences". Processing is carried out by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited as processor, with international transfers covered by the standard contractual clauses; replays are kept for a maximum of 30 days. More information in [Microsoft's privacy statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement).

We use no advertising pixels, remarketing or individual profiling, and analytics is configured with IP anonymisation.
